How to adjust the differential value of the pressure switch

The differential value of the pressure switch is also called the dead zone of the pressure switch. After the pressure switch is activated, the pressure must be slightly lower than the switch action value to reset the micro switch. The difference between the action and the reset value is called the differential value of the pressure switch. Install the pressure switch on the calibration device, first turn the differential knob to the zero position to make the pressure reach the action value, adjust the adjustment lever, and monitor the differential value of the pressure switch with a multimeter resistance file, also called the dead zone of the pressure switch. After the pressure switch is activated, the pressure must be slightly lower than the switch action value to reset the micro switch. The difference between the action and the reset value is called the differential value of the pressure switch. Install the pressure switch on the calibration device, first turn the differential knob to the zero position to make the pressure reach the action value, adjust the adjustment lever, monitor the output contact status with a multimeter resistance file, and stop the adjustment when the contact is just closed. Then reduce the pressure to the specified dead zone range, adjust the differential knob so that the contact is just disconnected, and repeat the check twice until the action is accurate.
