Turbine flow meters, also known as rotor flow meters, are velocity-type flow meters that measure the fluid's flow rate by calculating the rotational speed of a rotor placed within the fluid stream. 1. Meter Body

2. Measurement Assembly
The rotor within the turbine flow meter is equipped with precisely machined blades.
This assembly, which includes a set of reduction gears and bearings, forms the heart of the measurement mechanism.
Two high-precision, stainless steel, permanently self-lubricating bearings support the rotor, ensuring a long service life.
While self-lubricating bearings are standard, externally lubricated bearings with oil pumps can also be used, but care must be taken to avoid over-lubrication.
3. Counter
The counter face displays essential information such as the maximum operating temperature and pressure.
It also indicates the metering range and the minimum and maximum flow rates.
Product model numbers, serial numbers, explosion-proof ratings, and symbols are also present.
Information on the equivalence of fluid to low or high-frequency pulses and wiring methods is provided.
4. Straightener
The straightener ensures that the fluid flows through the turbine flow meter in an orderly fashion.
It eliminates disturbances that could negatively impact the accuracy of the measurement.
5. Magnetic Coupling Drive
This device separates the counter part, which is in the atmospheric environment, from the measured gas.
It also transmits the rotation of the measurement assembly to the counter.
