  Prepaid Metering System Transformation Project

[Background of the Project]

The total investment of Ningyang PetroChina Kunlun Gas Project is estimated to be 119.831 million yuan. It mainly builds two 120m³ natural gas storage and peak shaving stations (one reserved in the long-term), each covers an area of 8 acres, and is connected to the medium-pressure pipeline network of the natural gas peak shaving station of 26.45 kilometers, and the urban medium-pressure pipeline network is 100 kilometers.

The gas source is the opening of Sinopec Xuanqi high-pressure pipeline, the diameter is Ф355mm, the pressure is 3.9Mpa, and the gas transmission capacity is 280 million m³/year. The peak shaving gas sources are two LNG peak shaving stations, and the 1# peak shaving station is 160,000 m³/d, which is located in the south of the development zone (near Wuyang Company). The 2# peak shaving station is 360,000 m³/d, located in the east of the development zone (near Sennics Chemical), with a gas supply of about 100,000,000 m³/year. After the construction of the peak shaving station is completed and the pipeline connection is completed, an intelligent gas supply platform with diversified gas sources, flexible deployment, low price, interconnected pipelines, convenience, rapidity, intelligent management, and safety and controllability can be realized, which can effectively make up for the And improve the current situation of insufficient gas supply of existing business units.

[Project Overview]

For the transformation of the prepaid metering system, real-time data collection will be carried out for customers to realize remote recharge and trade settlement. After the project is put into operation, it will meet the gas demand of Ningyang Economic Development Zone, surrounding towns and towns of Ningyang Chemical Industry Park and various users, with good economic and social benefits.

[Project Overview]

Shanxi Lanyan Coalbed Methane Group Co., Ltd. is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Shanxi Lanyan Holding Co., Ltd. specializing in surface development of coalbed methane, coal mine gas control and coalfield geological exploration. In order to control gas disasters from the source and ensure the safe production of mines, Lanyan Company has carried out coalbed methane (coal mine gas) ground extraction and utilization projects in Sihe, Chengzhuang, Zhengzhuang, Hudi and other mining areas, and cooperated with provincial large-scale mining enterprises. Coal enterprises have cooperated to build the "Full Coverage Project of Gas Drainage in the Province", and have formed four coalbed methane surface extraction bases (coal mining areas) in Jincheng, Yangquan, Xishan and Luliang. The coal seam gas content reduces the mine gas pressure.
