The Top 100 Suppliers in the Chinese Petroleum and Chemical Industry, selected by the China Petroleum and Chemical Industry Federation, include Sure Instrument as one of the eight recognized instrumentation and metering enterprises. This successful inclusion demonstrates the company's capabilities in driving innovation for green, low-carbon, intelligent, domestically produced (substitute), and systematic (service upgrade) initiatives.

Relying on the rich heritage and industrial foundation in the field of flow meters in Tianjin, Sure Instrument , since its establishment, has adhered to independent innovation, forming a technically skilled and experienced research and development team. Collaborations with institutions such as Tianjin University have led to the introduction of several technologically advanced products and techniques, earning the company recognition as a national high-tech enterprise, a Ministry of Industry and Information Technology-accredited specialized and new "little giant" enterprise, a leading enterprise in Tianjin's "strategic emerging industry," an executive director unit of the China Instrument and Instrumentation Society, and one of the nine national representatives of the China Association for Science and Technology. The company's headquarters technical center has been designated as a "Tianjin Enterprise Technology Center," and overseas research institutions have been established in Singapore and Canada.

After years of product research and development, and technological accumulation, the product line covers most requirements in the petrochemical industry. Products such as vibration-resistant digital vortex flowmeters, explosion-proof electromagnetic flowmeters, integrated differential pressure flowmeters, balanced flowmeters, and mass flowmeters have found widespread application in the industry. The V-cone + vortex combined steam flowmeter developed by the company has successfully addressed the issue of measuring steam dryness in the ultra-heavy oil extraction area of oilfields, particularly in the Steam-Assisted Gravity Drainage (SAGD) process, ensuring steam injection efficiency, and has been designated as a major technological project by Xinjiang Oil Company. For metering liquefied natural gas at temperatures as low as -162℃, the company initiated research and development, resulting in the creation of a flow converter with a heat-tracing structure and a liquid turbine flowmeter specifically designed for deep-cold media. This not only solved on-site challenges for customers but also elevated the technological prowess of the company's products.
