The universal intelligent electromagnetic flowmeter is composed of two parts: sensor and converter. It is a flowmeter based on Faraday's law of electromagnetic induction, used to measure the volume flow of conductive liquids, it is a speed meter. In addition to measuring the volume flow rate of general conductive liquids, it can also be used to measure the volume flow rate of strong corrosive liquids such as strong acids and bases and uniform liquid-solid two-phase suspended liquids such as mud, ore pulp and paper pulp. It can be widely used in many industries, such as petroleum, chemical, metallurgy, textile, papermaking, environmental protection, food and other industrial departments and municipal management, water conservancy construction, river dredging and other fields of flow measurement.
Note the following when installing the converter:
(1) The replacement of the internal circuit board and other parts of the converter and related operations must be performed by professional engineers or technicians.
⑵ Before opening the cover, ensure that the equipment is powered off for at least 10 minutes. The opening of the cover must be performed by a professional engineer or technician.
⑶ The explosion-proof converter must be transferred to a safe area for maintenance, disassembly and reassembly.
⑷ The converter circuit board assembly contains sensitive parts, which may be damaged by static electricity. Be careful to avoid direct contact with electronic components or circuit patterns on the circuit board, and if necessary, take corresponding anti-static measures.
