The relationship between measurement and measurement

Measurement is different from general measurement. Measurement is all the operations performed to determine the value. Generally, it does not have or does not have to have the 4 characteristics of measurement. Therefore, measurement is a measurement that is stricter than the general measurement. In this sense, it can be narrowly considered that measurement is a standardized measurement related to the confidence of the measurement result and connected with the uncertainty.
