In addition to measuring the volume flow rate of general conductive liquids, stainless steel electromagnetic flowmeters can also be used to measure the volume flow rate of strong corrosive liquids such as strong acids and bases and uniform liquid-solid two-phase suspended liquids such as mud, ore pulp, and paper pulp. It is widely used in the flow measurement of industrial sectors such as petroleum, chemical industry, metallurgy, textile, papermaking, environmental protection, food and municipal management, water conservancy construction, river dredging and other fields.
Inaccurate flow measurement of stainless steel electromagnetic flowmeter
①Check whether the medium is full ②Short-circuit the converters SIG1 and SIG2 to SIG GND to see if the fault can be eliminated
③Check whether the signal cable is connected correctly;
④Check whether the electrode is contaminated (if contaminated, use a soft brush to clean the contaminants);
⑤When the flow rate is zero, check the parameter Mtsnsr Emval value should be greater than 500;
⑥ When the medium is water and there is flow, check the resistance of SIG1 or SIG2 to ground, its value should be less than 50K ohm.
