Installation Requirements 1. Reasonable selection of installation site and environment. Avoid strong power equipment, high frequency equipment and strong power switch equipment; Avoid the influence of high temperature heat source and radiation source, avoid strong vibration places and strong corrosive environment, etc. , and at the same time consider the convenience of installation and maintenance. 2. There must be enough straight pipe sections in the upstream and downstream. If the upstream of the sensor installation point has two 90 elbows on different planes, then: the upstream straight pipe section is ≥40d, and the downstream straight pipe section is ≥5d. The regulating valve should be installed outside 5D downstream of the sensor. If it must be installed upstream of the sensor, the straight pipe section upstream of the sensor should not be less than 50D, and the downstream should not be less than 5D. 3. The pipes upstream and downstream of the installation point shall be concentric with the sensor, and the coaxial deviation shall not be less than 0. 5DN. 4. Take vibration reduction measures for the pipeline. The sensor should be installed on pipes with strong vibration, especially lateral vibration. If it is necessary to install, vibration reduction measures must be taken, and pipeline fastening devices must be set at 2D of the upstream and downstream of the sensor respectively, and anti-vibration pads must be added. 5. Installation on horizontal pipes is the most common installation method for flow sensors. When measuring the liquid flow, if the liquid to be measured contains a small amount of gas, the sensor should be installed at the lower part of the pipeline. 6. The sensor is installed on the side of the horizontal pipeline. No matter what kind of fluid is measured, the sensor can be installed on the upper side of the horizontal pipeline, especially for measuring superheated steam, saturated steam and cryogenic liquid. If conditions permit, it is best to use side mounting, in this way, the temperature of the fluid has little influence on the amplifier. Note 1. Special flange and straight pipe section cannot be welded with sensor. 2. During installation, the flow direction mark of the sensor shall be consistent with the flow direction of the fluid in the pipeline. 3. Before the sensor is installed, the sealing ring must be placed in the flange groove. The position of the pressure and temperature measurement point, the pressure point is taken downstream of the sensor 3 ~ At 5DN, the temperature measuring point is downstream 5 ~ 8DN. 4. When measuring high temperature medium, do not wrap the sensor connecting rod with heat insulation material. 5. The direction of the shielded cable connecting the sensor should be as far away from the interference of strong electromagnetic fields as possible. It is absolutely not allowed to be laid together with high-voltage cables. Shielded cables should be shortened as much as possible and should not be coiled to reduce the distributed inductance. The maximum length should not exceed 200. 6. Before installing the sensor, the pipeline must be cleaned. Wash out the impurities in the tube to avoid blocking the sensor After flow. The pipeline for measuring the liquid must be filled with the liquid to be measured to prevent the interference of bubbles. The pipeline for measuring gas is to prevent interference of liquid storage. The installation position is shown in figure 5. When replacing the probe body under high temperature and high pressure, it must be operated safely and protected at high temperature. The probe can be replaced under safe conditions after cooling and depressurization.
