After putting it into use, it was found that the float was 'sucked' in the position for a period of time. This was mainly caused by the distance between the level gauge and the steel plate when the level gauge was installed through the average number of steel units. Therefore, When passing through the steel platform, you need to pay special attention to the distance between the pipe wall of the level gauge and the cutting edge of the platform. According to field experience, this distance is about 100mm to ensure that the magnetic float will not be affected. When the level gauge is put into use on site , After paying special attention, open the upper gate valve first, and then the lower gate valve, because the bottom of the connecting pipe of the level gauge is equipped with a thrust spring to protect the float. Otherwise, the effect of large pressure difference may break the float and make the level gauge unusable. After the liquid level is put into use for a period of time, the float is difficult to float and the float moves flexibly. This is caused by the iron filings or other dirt on the magnetic float. The medium can be drained first, and then the float can be taken out. Just remove the iron filings or other dirt on the magnetic float. If the sealed glass used for on-site indication is broken due to transportation or other reasons, you can replace the domestic glass tube, but it is best to vacuum, and pay attention to whether the glass tube Vertical, so as not to affect the indication of the indicator. During the use of the level gauge, is the center of the flange in a line and whether it is vertical to the horizontal. Generally, the angle with the horizontal should not be less than 87. If the output signal produces frequent disturbances Or interfere with the pulse, it is necessary to check whether the signal cable shielding layer is reliably grounded, and the working grounding resistance can meet the requirements. If the interference is still not completely eliminated, a signal isolator can be used to solve it. Pay special attention when using the level gauge, and never use it. A strong magnet shakes the float up and down outside the connecting pipe for inspection, otherwise it will cause the magnetic float to magnetize and change its polarity, or even weaken the float’s magnetism, making it difficult to work normally. First, use an intrinsically safe liquid level meter. Whether the impedance of the safety barrier is matched or not, because the power supply pressure of the level gauge is 14.5~36V DC, which is less than the 14.5~45V DC of the general transmitter, it cannot work normally when the load is large.
