The installation of detection components should ensure the accuracy of the measurement, and select a representative installation location. For contact temperature measuring elements, the detection element should have sufficient insertion depth, and the detection element should not be inserted into the dead corner of the medium to ensure sufficient heat exchange between the detection element and the measured medium. When measuring the temperature of the medium in the pipeline, the working end of the detection element is located at the center of the pipeline where the flow velocity is greatest. The detection element should be installed facing the direction of fluid flow. Error: To measure the temperature of the negative pressure pipe (or on the equipment), it must be sealed, and the accuracy will be reduced by avoiding the inhalation of outside air.  2. The installation of detection components should ensure safety and reliability. In order to avoid damage to the detection element, the protective sleeve of the contact measuring instrument should have sufficient mechanical strength. When in use, the material and wall thickness of the protective sleeve can be selected reasonably according to the working pressure, temperature, corrosiveness and other characteristics of the site. ;    When the medium pressure exceeds 10MPa, a protective cover must be installed to ensure safety; in order to reduce the measurement lag, a good heat transfer filler, such as silicone oil, quartz sand, etc. can be installed inside the protective tube; the hole in the junction box should face down , So as not to reduce the measurement accuracy due to the entry of water vapor and dust due to poor sealing.  3. The installation of detection components should comprehensively consider the convenience of instrument maintenance and calibration.
