During installation, the liquid flow direction shall be consistent with the direction of the arrow indicating the flow direction on the sensor housing.
The upstream end of the sensor shall have at least 20 times the length of the straight pipe section of the nominal diameter, and the downstream end shall have at least 5 times the straight pipe section of the nominal diameter, and its inner wall shall be smooth and clean, without defects such as dents, scale and peeling.
The axis of the pipeline of the sensor should be aligned with the axis of the adjacent pipeline, and the gasket used for connection and sealing should not penetrate into the inner cavity of the pipeline.
In order not to affect the normal transportation of liquid during overhaul, it is recommended to install bypass pipes at the sensor installation place.
Requirements for external environment: flowmeter should be installed indoors. When it must be installed outdoors, it must be sun-proof and rain-proof. Lightning protection measures, so as not to affect the service life.
Requirements for impurities in the medium: in order to ensure the service life of the flowmeter, a filter should be installed in front of the straight pipe section of the flowmeter.
Installation place: flowmeter should be installed in a place that is convenient for maintenance and free from strong electromagnetic interference and heat radiation. Requirements for installation and welding: users should be equipped with another pair of standard flanges to weld on the front and rear pipelines. Welding with flowmeter is not allowed!
Before installing the flowmeter, the welding slag and other dirt in the pipeline should be strictly removed. It is best to use an equal diameter pipeline (Or bypass pipe)Replace the flowmeter to purge the pipeline.

When installing Flow timing, the sealing gasket between flanges cannot be recessed into the pipeline.
