How to deal with the leakage of the three-valve group

The interface part of the three-valve group and the transmitter (usually connected by four inner square bolts). The first case is mostly caused by improper piping of the instrument pipe. When fixing with a wrench (must be a double wrench), if it is very difficult at the beginning, then you can do it again from the beginning-it must be strong, and the result must be leaking. In this place, some comrades will definitely want to comment. You can't use raw material tape, high temperature and high pressure... Then you should figure out what the instrument tube is for, it is used for sampling, condensing high-temperature steam into water ! In the second case, the interface between the transmitter and the three-valve block, needless to say, if there is a leak, you must have opened it before. I don’t mind if you don’t disassemble them when calibrating the transmitter. This place will definitely not leak. If it leaks, replace the PTFE gasket inside with a new one. Don't use the kind of non-white gasket or the stainless steel gasket that wastes money. When connecting, be sure to bolt on the opposite corners to make the force match. The corners are applied to the top.
