The input process of the differential pressure transmitter

1) Check whether the positive and negative pressure doors of the differential pressure transmitter are closed, and whether the balance door is open; (2) Open the sewage door. Slowly open the valve once to flush the duct, and close the drain door after flushing. Generally, flushing is not less than twice; (3) After the duct has cooled down, the meter can be started. If there is an air door in the pipeline, the air door should be opened first. The meter can be started after the air is removed; (4) Open gradually (1) Check whether the positive and negative pressure doors of the differential pressure transmitter are closed, and whether the balance door is open; (2) Open the sewage door. Slowly open the valve once to flush the pipe, and close the drain door after flushing. Generally, flushing is not less than twice; (3) After the pipe is cooled, the meter can be started. If there is an air door in the pipeline, the air door should be opened first. The meter can be started after the air is removed; (4) Gradually open the positive pressure door of the transmitter. When the measuring medium is steam or liquid, when it is filled with condensed water or liquid, loosen the positive and negative measuring chamber drain screws of the transmitter. After the medium has escaped and the air has been drained, tighten the screws, then check for leakage and check the zero point of the instrument; (5) Close the balance door and gradually open the negative pressure door.
