If it does not work normally, it will not be able to feed back information to the operator, and it will not be possible to discover hidden troubles in time. 1. Precautions for the use and installation of the instrument. 1. The meter must be used with its matching sensor. 2. Wires should be connected in construction machinery vehicles. Precautions for the use and installation of the instrument. 1. The meter must be used with its matching sensor. 2. The wires should be connected reliably and should not be in contact with other metal conductors. 3. Do not knock or bump during installation and disassembly. The ammeter and voltmeter should also pay attention to 1. The positive and negative polarity of the ammeter cannot be reversed. Generally, the whole vehicle is grounded for the negative of the construction machinery, so the “?” terminal of the ammeter should be connected to the positive electrode of the battery, and the '+' terminal should be connected to the armature end (B+) of the alternator. 2. Before connecting the ammeter, the contact surfaces of washers, nuts, bolts, etc. should be polished clean with sandpaper. When installing the nuts, it is best to apply a little clean oil to prevent corrosion and facilitate disassembly and assembly; the flat insulating washer should be intact, and the insulating washer should be in the spring washer A flat gasket should be installed between and connected firmly to prevent the wire from getting hot due to poor contact, or even burning the instrument and wire harness. 3. When connecting the ammeter and voltmeter, pay attention to turn off the power of the whole vehicle to avoid short circuit. 4. The '+' pole on the voltmeter is connected to the positive electrode of the battery, and the '?' pole is connected to the negative electrode of the battery. 2. Attentions for the use and installation of the sensor. Oil volume sensor 1. The movement of the float in the fuel tank should be flexible, otherwise the indication will be inaccurate due to interference between the float and the fuel tank partition. 2. The grounding of the oil volume sensor should be reliable. 3. The resistance value of the variable resistance sensor of the moving magnetic fuel gauge will increase as the fuel level inside the fuel tank rises. Temperature sensor 1. The grounding of the sensor should be reliable, and the wire connection of the sensor should not be short-circuited. 2. The thermistor of the moving magnetic water temperature meter sensor will decrease in resistance value as the temperature rises.
