Description

The opening of the SURE-YQ circular orifice plate is a part of the circle (the circular part), and the diameter of this circle is 98% of the diameter of the pipe.

The center of the arc part of the opening should be precisely aligned so that it is concentric with the pipe. This ensures that the opening will not be covered by the pipe and gaskets at both ends or due to pipe eccentricity.

The relationship between the diameter ratio β of the circular orifice plate (β = m, m = opening area/pipe area) and the relative height of the opening h = a/D (a is the height of the circular segment) is: The round orifice plate is suitable for the measurement of the dirty medium of wet gas, which can avoid the deposition of the dirt before and after the orifice plate.

Features

- The round orifice plate is only suitable for installation on horizontal or inclined pipelines, and cannot be used on vertical pipelines. When the measured fluid contains solid particles, the notch should be at the bottom. If there is gas in the liquid, the notch should be at the top.

- Before welding the pressure-taking pipe, the pressure-taking hole on the pipe should be opened first, and its diameter should be the same as that of the pressure-taking hole on the pressure-taking flange.
