Description

SURE-BK standard orifice plate can be used to measure the flow of liquid, gas and steam in the pipeline. The SURE-BK standard orifice plate is designed and manufactured according to the national standard GB/T2624-2006 (equivalent to ISO 5167-2003), and verified according to the national standard JJG640-2016. The standard orifice plate can adopt three pressure-taking methods: corner connection (including ring chamber pressure), flange pressure and D-D/2Q pressure. The standard orifice plate designed, manufactured and verified according to the national standard does not need real-flow calibration, and has high precision, simple structure and local manufacturing cost.

Features

- When installing, ensure that the center of the orifice plate, the axis of the flange, the axis of the pipe, the axis of the pipe and the gasket are concentric, and the non-concentricity shall not exceed 0.002D/β

- The direction of high and low pressure of the orifice plate, the upstream and downstream pressure-taking flanges should be consistent with the flow direction of the medium, and the orientation of the pressure-taking holes can be determined according to the different media and the installation of the transmitter (refer to the SURE-BK manual).

- Optional with upstream and downstream straight pipe sections.

- The D-D/2 pressure gauge is supplied as a complete set, and the flange connection can be directly installed.
