Description
No matter what kind of standard throttling device, it specifies the scope of application for pipe diameter, Reynolds number, throttling aperture ratio, etc., and cannot be used for flow measurement outside this range. In industrial production, there are often fluids with small diameter, low flow rate and high viscosity. For such working conditions, 1/4 round orifice plates must be used.
Features
- It is applicable to the regulation that the pipe diameter and Reynolds number are smaller than the standard throttling device, and its outflow coefficient is almost a constant value.
- The measurement requirements, pressure taking method and installation method are close to the standard throttling device.
- A large number of experiments have been carried out at home and abroad, and there are a large number of databases to check. Design calculations can refer to standard throttling devices.
- There are mature data on the structural form, the thickness of the orifice plate, and the inlet shrinkage arc surface.
